Bill Brennan is president and CEO of Forsythe Technology, Inc., an IT infrastructure integrator. Forsythe provides technology and business consulting services, technology leasing, and hardware and software products from all leading IT infrastructure manufacturers. Brennan has more than 30 years of industry experience in executive and client-facing roles.

Prior to being named president in October 2005, Brennan served Forsythe as senior vice president of sales. Brennan joined Forsythe in 2003 as vice president of sales and product operations, responsible for sales operations strategy including client targeting, marketing integration, and sales programs; sales team development and planning; sales methodology; and order fulfillment processes.

Brennan also serves on the board of directors for Forsythe Technology, Inc. and is chairman of the board of Forsythe Solutions Group, Inc.

Prior to his work at Forsythe, Brennan was an independent consultant for 10 years, leading a variety of strategic business transformation engagements, primarily for U.S.-based multi-national companies. He has extensive strategic planning, business model development, organization change management, and process design experience.

Prior to his consulting work, Brennan gained 14 years of hands-on sales, sales management, marketing, planning, and management experience in various roles of increasing responsibility at IBM Corporation.

Brennan earned his bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a member of the Executives Club of Chicago.

Al Weiss is executive vice president and CFO of Forsythe Technology, Inc. Weiss, who sits on the board of directors of Forsythe Technology, served as executive vice president and CFO of Forsythe McArthur from 1984-1991.

Prior to rejoining Forsythe in 2000, Weiss served as vice president and chief financial officer of Alltech Data Systems, a network integration company.  He was instrumental in the sale of Alltech in 1999 to Datatec Ltd., a global network distribution and e-commerce service provider, which renamed the company Logical Network Services.

Weiss's additional previous experience includes five years with Computer Access, a Denver-based PC reseller, where he was a principal shareholder and, as chief financial officer, negotiated the sale of the company. Weiss was also with Continental Bank, Chicago, for 10 years, serving as vice president and division manager of what was, at that time, one of the country's leading lending groups to the leasing industry.

Weiss has served on the board of directors of the Equipment Leasing Association (ELA) and the Foundation for Leasing Education.

He holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

As executive vice president, Forsythe Hosting Solutions, Michael Conley leads the division that combines Forsythe's managed security services, managed hosting services, managed systems services and Forsythe Data Centers. Forsythe Hosting Solutions was created in 2015 to give clients easier access to Forsythe's full range of services under one roof, and to enable faster innovation and deployment of new solutions. Forsythe Hosting Solutions also provides managed services for client infrastructure on-premise at client locations. In addition to leading Forsythe Hosting Solutions, Conley continues to provide his existing clients with Forsythe's full range of services and solutions.

Previously, Conley served as senior vice president, emerging technologies and key accounts, Conley serves many of Forsythe's largest global clients, often focusing on security strategies and the evolution of the Hybrid Data Center. In today's atmosphere of advanced persistent threats, security strategies must be sophisticated, dynamic and enterprise-wide. Data center optimization strategies are similarly comprehensive, going well beyond virtualization to optimization of application and workload placement across private and public cloud solutions as well as legacy systems. For more than 20 years Conley has provided leadership and execution for best of breed IT solutions.

Conley joined Forsythe in 1993 as an account manager. He became a district manager in 2000, was promoted to vice president in 2003 and to senior vice president in 2007. Conley was named to the Forsythe Technology board of directors in 2006.

Conley has served on the advisory boards of several of Forsythe's technology manufacturer partners and is a member of Forsythe's internal committee to evaluate emerging technologies, with a special focus on the many security and hybrid data center/cloud solutions that are currently being developed.

Prior to joining Forsythe, Conley worked for three years with Delta Communications, Chicago, Ill. as sales manager of a thirteen-state Midwestern sales region serving national customers.

Conley has served as a guest-lecturer for the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and the University of Notre Dame Executive MBA Program, educating executive business students about IT issues in business context. Conley is a contributing author for two case studies published by the Kellogg School. Conley has been a commentator on Tech Talk with Craig Peterson, the #1 Saturday morning radio show in the Boston market, and his observations about how businesses address IT issues have been published in CIO Insight, IT Business Edge, and Information Today.

Conley holds a bachelor's degree in economics from The University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa.

As Forsythe's executive vice president of technology solutions, Michael Qualley leads Forsythe's solutions group, which includes Forsythe's software defined data center (server, storage, network and workspace), data center solutions (migration, strategy, and engineering), and security lines of business. Qualley is responsible for Forsythe's Technology Evaluation Center (TEC), one of the largest multivendor proof-of-concept labs in North America. He also leads Forsythe's solutions operations (enablement, pursuit, and delivery) teams. Forsythe's technology solutions teams deliver cross-platform, multi-vendor technology solutions to Forsythe clients throughout North America. These teams work closely with more than 250 manufacturer partners and engage with Forsythe's clients to tackle complex challenges and assist with formulating outcome-centric solutions that improves performance, reduces cost, lowers risk, and drives innovation.

Previously, as senior vice president of technology products and system solutions, Qualley managed Forsythe's network, server, storage, and systems consulting practices and manufacturer partnerships. He joined Forsythe as vice president of support services, to build the company's maintenance contract, support contract, and software license management business to enhance Forsythe's "one stop shopping" IT infrastructure services model.

Before joining Forsythe, Qualley worked with ABN AMRO North America to launch Neogration Inc., a provider of outsourcing services. As president and CEO of Neogration, he was responsible for the company's overall direction, including evaluating the market viability of new offerings, developing asset commercialization processes, and building partnerships with other technology leaders.

Prior to launching Neogration, Qualley served as vice president of technology, professional services, and operations for Commerx, Inc., a Chicago-based provider of business process automation technologies and services. In this role, he was responsible for all phases of the company's private trading networks, including strategic partnerships, product development, implementation services, and client support services.

Qualley served in executive positions in Chicago and Amsterdam with ABN AMRO, including vice president of technology solutions, responsible for the development and support of the company's vertical Internet applications division. Previously, he headed the bank's global groupware and messaging division out of its Amsterdam headquarters.

Qualley began his career with systems integrator Crowe Chizek and Company LLC, where he was a senior supply chain consultant responsible for the design and supervision of MRP installations that bridged legacy software packages to new systems.

Qualley holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from DePauw University, Greencastle, Ind. He is a member of the Society for Information Management (SIM).

Mike Cooke is executive vice president of business innovation services at Forsythe Technology, Inc., a leading enterprise IT company that helps clients become more agile, secure, digital businesses as they optimize, modernize and innovate their enterprise IT.

Cooke brings more than 25 years of industry and general management consulting experience helping clients with business and digital strategy, new operating models, and IT strategy to support extensive, large-scale corporate transformations and restructurings driven by broad industry forces and competitive pressures. He has worked with global organizations in all major industries, including aerospace & defense, automotive, consumer products, energy, financial services, healthcare & life sciences, industrial products, media and the public sector.

Before joining Forsythe, Cooke led the IT transformation service offering at Strategy&, a member of the PwC network of firms (formerly Booz & Company). In that role he developed deep experience in dealing with boardroom-level strategic transformation initiatives. He helped client companies drive substantial change through the development and implementation of new operating models to increase efficiency and effectiveness; the development of cost benchmarking studies to identify areas of opportunity; and the development of IT strategies to support strategic corporate objectives. Prior to joining Booz, Cooke worked as a business development manager at EDS and a product development consultant at A.T, Kearney.

Cooke began his career as an engineering systems engineer for EDS, where he provided interior and electrical integration engineering assistance to a big three automaker.

Cooke has authored more than two dozen articles for publications including Financial Times, Harvard Business Review Supply Chain Strategy, strategy+business and CSO, and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and the Guardian.

Cooke earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from West Virginia University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Bob Dvorak, executive vice president - strategic sales, joined Forsythe more than 25 years ago. During much of his tenure he served in general sales and sales management roles in Forsythe's Central and Western areas. The company's Western area was formally launched and experienced double-digit growth in product sales and professional consulting services under his leadership.

As an outgrowth of his client-facing work, Dvorak developed several proprietary tools and methodologies to meet client needs for better information regarding IT return-on-investment, to enable them to make information-driven decisions regarding IT investment priorities. The first of these, Forsythe's CIO Essentials professional services offering, is currently the focus of Dvorak's client-facing business development and product development work. The second, Forsythe's data-driven application portfolio valuation tool known as "Killer IT," has been recognized in the visionary quadrant of Gartner's Integrated IT Portfolio Magic Quadrant since its launch, and was previously recognized in Gartner's "Cool Vendor" report on Program and Portfolio Management tools.

Dvorak's more than 30 years of industry experience include both software and hardware solutions at Unisys Corporation (F/K/A Burroughs Corp.), Dun & Bradstreet Software (f/k/a MSA Software), and Computer Associates, Inc. (F/K/A Cullinet Software).

He earned bachelor's degrees in both physics and economics at Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois. He received his MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Dvorak serves on the boards of directors for Forsythe Technology, Inc. Forsythe Solutions Group, Inc. and Forsythe McArthur Associates, Inc., and is a member of Forsythe's leadership team. He also serves on the National Board of Make-a-Wish (wish.org) and is a member of the Executives' Club of Chicago and The University Club of Chicago.

As senior vice president of order management, Michelle Coffield is responsible for managing all retail deal processing activity for Forsythe Solutions Group and Forsythe McArthur Associates, including contract preparation, revenue and expense accruals by transaction, and the booking of gross profit margin for all sale and lease transactions.  Sales administration supports Forsythe's national sales force, processing transactions that represent hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.

Coffield has served Forsythe's sales administration area for 18 years, in positions of increasing responsibility.  Coffield's extensive knowledge of the company and of the industry has proven invaluable, as over the years she has initiated many process and productivity improvements in sales administration and other areas.  Prior to joining Forsythe, she spent two years in sales with the Metropolitan Insurance Company.

Coffield earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from Illinois State University.

Schulte joined Forsythe in November 2013. She brings 20+ years of global experience at large professional services organizations, including Navigant Consulting Inc. and A.T. Kearney, Inc. Schulte earned her bachelor's degree from Boston College.

Tom Hoffman has served as Forsythe's general counsel for more than 15 years and has over 20 years of experience in the leasing and commercial finance industry. He served several times on the Computer Dealers and Lessors Association (CDLA) Legal Advisory Committee, and has been actively involved in the Equipment Leasing Association. Hoffman sits on Forsythe's board of directors.

Prior to joining Forsythe, Hoffman served as senior vice president and associate general counsel for the commercial finance division of Associates First Capital Corporation, which has since been acquired by Citigroup.

Hoffman earned his bachelor's degree in social sciences from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and received his J.D. from DePaul University, Chicago.

As Senior VP, Chief Information Officer, Jeffrey Davies is responsible for Forsythe's internal technology infrastructure, internal business systems and corporate information.

Davies joined Forsythe in 2014, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in managing full life cycle projects, developing and growing teams, building and managing business relationships and ensuring technology projects address strategic business goals.

Prior to joining Forsythe, Davies served as Vice President of IT for OfficeMax for the company's Contract B2B business unit. His additional experience includes roles as Director of IT, Sears Holdings Corporation, where he developed and grew the company's analytical skills and tool; Vice President, The Revere Group, where he established and grew a revenue-generating solutions center practice; and Technology Manager, Lante Corporation, where he helped evolve the company's strategic direction to a strong Internet-based focus. Davies began his career as a Senior Consultant at Accenture, focusing on emerging technologies and supporting their implementation globally.

Davies earned his MBA, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

As senior vice president – chief accounting officer, Dan Noonan is responsible for all of the accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting activities at Forsythe.  Noonan and his team are responsible for maintaining a strong system of internal controls and helping business partners improve performance by bringing a financial perspective to strategy development and decision making.

Noonan has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership roles with companies such as Sears Holdings, Ace Hardware and KPMG.

Noonan earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant.

As Treasurer of Forsythe Technology, Inc., Gary is responsible for Forsythe's banking relationships, debt, and cash management, including managing Forsythe's borrowings and repayments under its revolving credit facility, interest rate and foreign currency risk, and funding of day-to-day and strategic operations.  In addition, he is responsible for all client credit risk, as well as accounts receivable.  Gary joined Forsythe in 2009, has a broad-based background in commercial lending, including senior management roles with several large financial institutions.  Gary holds a bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University in business administration, and has served on the board of directors of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, as well as the curriculum advisory board for Bellevue University's MBA program.

As vice president of marketing for Forsythe Technology, Grace Bulger is responsible for corporate, partner, field and solutions marketing for Forsythe and all its subsidiaries. Bulger has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and branding. She has been with Forsythe since 2007 and in her current role since 2012.

Prior to joining Forsythe, Bulger ran her own marketing consulting and branding firm, working with a variety of organizations in many industries, including GE Capital, Aon, USG, CareMark and Forsythe. Previous to that, Bulger served as Vice President of Communications at GE Capital's Railcar Services division in Chicago for several years.

Author of The Enlightened Entrepreneur: A Spiritual Approach to Creating and Marketing Your Own Company (Marlowe & Company, 2001), Bulger has given lectures and seminars on marketing and branding for a variety of organizations and universities, including Northwestern University and Marquette University.  She has also written and performed in several films, plays and sketch comedy shows in Chicago and New York.

Bulger earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology & anthropology from Swarthmore College in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, and her M.A. in communications from the University of Texas at Austin. She splits her time between Chicago and North Carolina.

As senior vice president of financial solutions at Forsythe, John Carcone is responsible for expanding the company's traditional leasing business and for directing the development of new leasing initiatives.

Carcone brings more than 25 years of experience in the IT and leasing industries. Prior to heading up Forsythe's leasing business, he spent many years structuring and selling leasing, product, and services solutions while working directly with Forsythe customers in a variety of sales and sales management positions including vice president and manager of Northeast region sales; and culminating as senior vice president of sales—in which role he was responsible for sales activity in the eastern half of the U.S.  During his more than 20 years at Forsythe, Carcone has earned numerous sales management certificates and earned the annual Forsythe President's Club award multiple times.

Prior to joining Forsythe, Carcone gained extensive experience in sales and sales management in the computer industry as vice president of sales for CIS Corp., Syracuse, N.Y.and, before that, in a number of sales positions at Xerox, Syracuse, N.Y.

Carcone graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Oswego, where he earned his bachelor's degree in business administration.

As senior vice president and general manager of Forsythe's Central Area, Brian Hilgenfeld is responsible for sales and operations across Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Hilgenfeld is based in Forsythe's Omaha office.

Most recently, Hilgenfeld served as vice president, regional manager of Forsythe's Heartland Region, and before that as regional manager. In those roles, he was responsible for Forsythe's focused account presence in seven Midwest states. Since joining Forsythe in 2004, Hilgenfeld has led the regional development of Forsythe field sales and support teams resulting in 300% growth during that period.

Hilgenfeld has over 25 years of providing IT solutions to clients throughout the Midwest. He began his career at IBM and has led sales, service, and marketing teams for two different Systems Integration firms providing complete IT solutions. Prior to joining Forsythe, he spent eight years with MSI Systems Integrators as a co-founder and member of the board of directors.

Hilgenfeld holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

As vice president, technology solutions, Kevin Keuning works directly with clients to understand their overall technology needs and business drivers, in order to identify the areas in which Forsythe can help them the most, in the short and long term. In this role, Keuning also serves as a liaison between clients and Forsythe's many practice areas.

Since 2006, Keuning has served in leadership roles within Forsythe's storage and server practices, with responsibility for the teams optimizing clients' systems and storage infrastructures.

Prior to 2006, Keuning worked in corporate IT for Cargill and Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK), where he led IT infrastructure and software projects for food processing facilities and container shipping terminals. He has more than 20 years of experience in IT serving Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies across several industries.

Keuning maintains several certifications in the field and has been a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2004.  He participates actively in partner advisory organizations for the leading firms in the storage industry.

Keuning earned his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in management information systems from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa.  In addition, Keuning has earned an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles, California.

As senior vice president and general manager of Forsythe's East Area, Anthony Michalski is responsible for sales and operations across Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware , Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia. Michalski is based in Forsythe's Pittsburgh, Pa. office.

Previously Michalski served as regional manager, and then regional vice president of sales for the Ohio Valley/Great Lakes region, where he grew Forsythe's presence in the states of Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania by 50 percent. He also helped develop the sales training program that is used throughout the entire organization.

With more than 20 years of IT industry experience, Michalski has steadily risen within Forsythe. Michalski originally joined Forsythe as district manager of sales for the Cleveland and Pittsburgh areas.

Prior to Forsythe, Michalski served as the western Pennsylvania district manager for Hopkinton, Mass.-based EMC Corporation, during which time he oversaw substantial growth in his district and participated in the development of EMC's channel programs. Michalski has also held regional and national sales and sales management positions at Dallas-based CompuCom; GA Computer Products, Rochester, N.Y.; and Ingram (now Ingram Micro).

Michalski is active with the Pittsburgh Technology Council, the CIO Forum, the Executive Club and the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Michalski studied business administration at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

As regional vice president, Lauren Peterson leads a team of sales and technical professionals in Forsythe's Mid-Atlantic region, which consists of Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, North and South Carolina and Tennessee. Peterson joined Forsythe in 2004 as district manager of the Carolinas.  In 2009, she was promoted to Mid-Atlantic regional manager with responsibility for Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, North and South Carolina and Tennessee. In 2014, she was promoted to regional vice president. During her tenure, Peterson has overseen more than 600% growth in the territory and established Forsythe as a recognized player throughout the region.

Peterson has more than 20 years of experience serving clients in technology. Before joining Forsythe, she spent 15 years in technology consulting with both Accenture and Ernst & Young.  As a partner with Ernst & Young, Peterson was the account partner in charge of providing services for the largest utility in the United States.  After a successful career with Ernst & Young, she moved from California to the Carolinas and spent four years as an executive with a couple of start-up companies. Ultimately, one of those companies was purchased by Hewlett Packard, where she served as a client service principal for the financial services industry.

Peterson holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business.

Peterson was an instrumental member of Forsythe's inaugural Employee Ownership Team, which was formed in 2006 when Forsythe became a 100% employee-owned company. During her tenure at Forsythe, she has also participated on the Board of the North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA) and is a member of Women Executives (WE).

As senior vice president and general manager of Forsythe's West Area, Joe Rueda is responsible for sales and operations across Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Rueda is based in Forsythe's Arizona office.

Previously, as senior vice president, solutions group, Rueda was responsible for Forsythe's client-facing field pursuit organization across North America, including regional solutions management, partner relationship management, and professional services.

Prior to that, Rueda served as vice president of systems solutions, responsible for Forsythe's systems technology practice, which provides clients with server based hardware, software, services and financing to optimize their systems and help build their journey to the hybrid data center. In 2009, Rueda joined Forsythe as vice president of IBM solutions. Rueda brings a strong background in technology and channel sales, with more than 20 years of industry experience, including 17 years with IBM.

Rueda started his IBM career in Phoenix, Arizona, working in the general business sales division. He went on to hold several sales, business development, and leadership positions in the hardware, software, and channels organizations. In 2001, Rueda joined Works.com, a startup software-as-a-service company. Rueda held several sales leadership positions, helping Works.com develop direct and indirect sales strategies and teams, resulting in the eventual acquisition by Bank of America.

Returning to IBM, Rueda assumed a number of Americas and worldwide executive positions, including leading IBM's hardware brand channel sales organizations across North and South America, including Intel, AS/400, UNIX and Mainframe server sales along with IBM's storage portfolio representing over $4.5 billion in annual revenue. Rueda left IBM to work for Avnet, IBM's largest global channel trading partner. As vice president of IBM solutions sales, Rueda was responsible for the North American sales operations representing IBM hardware, software, services and financing products to the value added reseller community.

Rueda earned his bachelor's degree and MBA from Arizona State University and serves on several channel advisory councils.

Richard Zimmermann

As Forsythe's vice president, solutions group, Rich Zimmermann is responsible for Forsythe's client-facing field pursuit organization across North America.

Previously, Zimmermann served as Forsythe's vice president of network solutions, responsible for developing and implementing Forsythe's corporate strategy in the networking line of business, including unified and IP communications, wireless and optical networking, WAN optimization, and overall network implementation and optimization solutions. Zimmermann has more than 25 years of experience in the IT communications industry.

Before joining Forsythe, Zimmermann was vice president of marketing for Houston-based NextiraOne, LLC, where he was responsible for marketing and business development for the company's IP communications business.  Zimmermann had previously served as vice president, general business sales for Williams Communications Solutions, before the company was acquired by Platinum Equity Holdings and re-branded as NextiraOne.

Prior to his work at Williams and NextiraOne, Zimmermann served in a number of capacities at Bell Atlantic/Verizon in Philadelphia.  He began his career at Bell Atlantic in operations, as a construction and installation manager, and later held positions of manager, network planning, and manager, rate and regulatory matters.  More recently, he served as director of mid-market sales, responsible for creating a direct sales organization for mid-sized business customers.  He also served as director of finance and compensation, responsible for policy development, market pricing, financial modeling, and compensation plan development to motivate the company's 600+ sales personnel to sell a diverse product mix to Fortune 1000 companies in order to achieve revenue growth objectives.

Zimmermann earned his bachelor's degree in metallurgical engineering from Lafayette College, Easton, Pennsylvania; a master's degree in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia; and an MBA from Drexel University, Philadelphia.

Zimmermann previously served as chairman of the board of the Enterprise Communications Association (ECA), an industry association which provided a forum for promoting the growth of markets and effective sales channels for converged voice, video, and data communications solutions deployed in the enterprise.

Ken Zivic

As vice president of Forsythe consulting, Ken Zivic is responsible for working with Forsythe's account managers on their development of client pursuit strategies and the management and execution of large client projects.

Zivic joined Forsythe in 2000. Prior to his current position, he served a similar role as directing principal for Forsythe's integrated solutions group (ISG). Before that, Zivic was the director of regional solutions for Forsythe's Upper Midwest Region, where he was responsible for the development of regional named-account solution strategies and support provided by the integration solutions group managers. Additionally, within his prior positions at Forsythe, Zivic has managed the company's infrastructure solutions professional services organization, including server, storage and network practices.

Zivic's experience includes 30 years as an IT professional consultant or manager, working with a wide range of organizations in various industries including manufacturing, engineering design, retail, banking, financial services, consumer products, and computer technology.

Prior to his tenure with Forsythe, Zivic served as vice president of professional services at GE IT Distribution where he architected the companies call center for client support, built an advanced proof of concept center and developed project acquisition, management, development, and deployment strategies for service and productized solutions of GE IT Distribution.
